REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Everyone feels good about giving. Our job is to present the BTM Fundraiser and Holiday Giveback as the most compelling option this Holiday Season.
REGISTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL (around 5 minutes)
If you are registering as a member of a team, scroll down to the next set of instructions.
Click the REGISTRATION button
Donate During Registration: A donation is not required, however you will be asking people to donate and you set the example for others to follow.
You will Receive a Personal Fundraising Page to help you share this opportunity with people and gather and keep track of donations. Upload your photo (optional) and use our text or write your own. The page has many tools to help you fundraise.
Read the Fundraising Guide and get step by step instructions to make your campaign successful. Simply come back to this page after registering and click the link below.
Vist the Campaign Info Page and Pick a Weekly Zoom Phone Bank to Attend: these Zooms are designed to support your efforts and make fundraising fun. They are also a great place to ask questions with Boys To Men NorCal staff.
Once Registered, Start Fundraising
Visit our FUNDRAISING GUIDE page for step by step instructrions on how to make fundraising effective and fun. Be sure to visit the CAMPAIGN INFO page for dates and times of all campaign related events and fundraising support activities.
REGISTER AS A MEMBER OF A TEAM (around 5 minutes)
Click the REGISTRATION button. Choose the CLASSIFICATION from the menu that best describes your team. Then choose the name of the TEAM you belong to. If your team is not listed, contact your team leader.
Donate During Registration: A donation is not required, however you will be asking people to donate and you set the example for others to follow. Some teams have a minimum donation amount for members. Check with your Team Leader.

NOTE: Some teams have preset Kick-off zoomathon meetings. Check with your Team Leader.

REGISTER A TEAM NAME
Teams Choose a Team Leader: This person will be the driving force of the fundraising campaign for your team. This person will be the liaison for your team and Boys To Men NorCal.
If you are the chosen team leader for this campaign, send an email to Connect@BoysToMenNorCal.org and include the following information: Your Name, Your Phone Number; Your Address; Your Team Name; Your Team Classification; Your Team Photo or Icon; Number of Participating Team Members.
Your team name will appear on the registration menu in 24hrs or less.
Registration of Team Members: Once your team name appears on our drop-down menu, send the link to this Registration page to all your team members. It is helpful to ask them to register in a specific amont of time (such as 24 or 48hrs). https://www.BoysToMenNorCal.org/register
Fundraising Guide: Send the link to the Fundraising Guide to all your registered teammates. Encourage each person to read the Guide through twice. This will expedite fundraising and significantly reduce the amount of questions participants will have when getting started. https://www.BoysToMenNorCal.org/fundraising-guide
Campaign Info: Send the link to the Campaign Info page to all your registered teammates. This page has the campaign event and activities calendar on it, as well as all the links you will need for fundraising. Encourae your teammates to go to this page and pick a weekly Zoom Phone Bank to attend.

Call Team Members: Make sure your teammates are clear on how to fundraise and call them each week of the campaign to find out how they are doing and offer support. You can view their fundraising statistics to see who needs help and who your top fundraisers are.
